As a fast-growing business in new premises with a growing customer and staff-base, Onebestway recognised the importance of developing smarter client management systems. By participating in the 2006 Lean Practice Programme, the company have been able to improve brand production processes (creating more capacity), improve client information systems and have now improved cashflow by introducing work-in-progress tracability.
