SCOTTISH ENTERPRISE LEAN MANAGEMENT THINKING PROGRAMME

Since 2002 Scottish Enterprise has been supporting companies with their participation in the “Lean Management Thinking” (LMT) Programme which has seen different sized companies across all business sectors apply real improvements to their bottom line. LMT is now a national product for Scotland and is one of Scottish Enterprise’s most successful offerings.  Since 2002, more than 350 companies have taken part in this programme generating over £33m of business improvements. 
We are now preparing for new cohorts in the East, West and Dundee regions of Scotland and are in the process of arranging for one of our team to visit companies who are interested in participating in the LMT programme.  Following this visit, we shall arrange a be-spoke half-day Lean strategy session, to be delivered on-site, to the relevant members of your management team prior to your Lean team attending the first workshop, the dates of which are as follows:
East of Scotland - Tuesday, 13 July 2010
Tayside - Wednesday, 25 August 2010
West of Scotland - Thursday, 26 August 2010
