Supply Chain Improvement Programme

All aspects of our Supply-Chain Improvement programme are delivered by procurement and supply-chain improvement experts.  

Phase 1

Access to a strategic procurement module for Senior Managers outlining the types of improvement activities involved and benefits to be gained.

Phase 2

An on-site Company Review Audit providing a bespoke analysis of the potential savings and other benefits that could be expected within your Company.  The Review also identifies the improvement activities that would need to be followed.

Phase 3

Companies then have access to attend 6 modules which each focus on different supply-chain improvement areas. Companies can choose to concentrate on those areas that meet with areas identified in the Review. 

Phase 4

A Final Report on outputs realised against the actions undertaken.
