Six Sigma Yellow Belt Training

Six Sigma Yellow Belt Training Overview

Our Yellow Belt training is tailored to client needs but is usually a 2 day course primarily addressed at people who will serve on a Lean Six Sigma project team. We recommend that each Yellow Belt is assigned to a current Six Sigma project team led by a Master Black Belt, Black Belt or Green Belt, depending on the project scope. The length of time it takes to complete a Lean Six Sigma project can be reduced when project team members are already familiar with team based Six Sigma tools such as Cause and Effect Matrix and Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (FMEA). This enables them immediately to be effective contributors to their allocated projects, and also allows Black Belts to concentrate on summarising key findings and to prove hypotheses statistically. The team can then move forward quickly to implement agreed improvements. The training content is geared to achieve that aim.
