Paul Bullivant
Paul is an experienced Project Manager and implementor of Change within small businesses throughout the UK. Paul has many years of experience in Quality Management, Health and Safety Management and Environmental Management across all business sectors. Currently Paul heads up Acclerate's on-site interim management activities in Scottish based companies.
Simon Baxter:
Simon has nearly 20 years experience in industry and specialises in on-site Lean Implementation. Based in Fife, Simon supports companies on the Scottish Enterprise Lean Management Thinking Programmes, and as such he can work with your team to implement real sustainable changes. In addition to this, Simon works on a bespoke basis with companies across the whole of Scotland and currently these include: Axis Shield - Dundee, Syngenta Limited - Grangemouth, Vets Now - Dunfermline. Under the new Scottish Enterprise programme, Simon is working with British Airways Maintenance - Glasgow, and Railcare - Glasgow.
John Chisholm
John has been working in consultancy since 1985 and has built up an impressive portfolio of projects throughout this time, ranging from Project Managment through to wider Supply Chain implementation. Based South of Glasgow, John also supports companies on the Scottish Enterprise Lean Management Thinking Programme as well as working on private projects. He is currently working with Cigna Healthcare - Greenock, Atmel Smartcards - East Kilbridge, Mactaggart and Mickel, Glasgow, Gentech Sensors - Girvan, Philips Lighting - Hamilton and NCT Leather - Bridge of Weir.
Stuart Walker:
Stuart is an expert provider of pragmatic change management training, providing a dynamic link between the academic visions and dreams with the painful reality of change in the real world with real people. Stuart’s career began as a Metallurgist in a traditional Foundry (NBSG Ltd) in 1980. He moved to Wyman Gordon to continue his metallurgical and technical role in an organisation split between Oil tool and Aircraft primary manufacture. Later Stuart moved into the Aerospace sector as a team manager and continued with a rapid progression in general and change management in Whisky, FMCG, Shipbuilding, Defence, Projects, Manufacturing and Engineering sectors, always as a change manager and catalyst. His experience covers some of the largest organisations in the World (G.E., BAE Systems and Allied Domeqc) in which, although the industry differed greatly the problems remained the same, people and change. An internationally experienced and professionally qualified manager with a strong background in finance, business development, manufacturing and general management. Alistair has recently developed materials around Lean Finance, linking together his management and finance expertise areas to present a very practical approach to assisting organisations in undertaking Lean projects as a core means of maximising profitability.
Tony Nelson
Tony is Accelerate's Supply Chain and Procurement expert currently leading the Scottish Enterprise Supply Chain Improvement programme for companies in the East of Scotland. Tony has an impressive track record in saving companies many thousand of pounds whilst improving their procurement procedures. Tony is also a consistent fixture within Accelerate's parent company, Patterson and Rothwell based in Oldham, Greater Manchester.
