Accelerate will continue to deliver Scotland's Lean Management Thinking Programme through to 2014 across the whole of Scotland. This is one of the UK's largest initiatives with a track record of productivity improvements in excess of £33 million.  This is heavily subsidised by Scottish Enterprise with a return on your investment of typically 10:1.  Visit our case study page to view a selection of Lean successes rom companies we have recently worked with on this programme.  

In addtion to the numerous framework agreements we have with Scottish Enterprise and the Scottish Manufacturing Advisory Service (SMAS), we are currently working with many private companies on a bespoke one:to:one basis. 

Our Lean and Business Improvement programmes have been recognised by the Institute of Leadership & Management (ILM).
